The recreated
10th Virginia Regiment

On April 19, 1775 the "shot heard around the world" happened on the Lexington Green. On that cold morning Capt Parker told his men "Stand your ground. Don't fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here." 
The photo was taken at the 225th anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord with the members of the 10th Va in their best Massachusetts militia impression.
